These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the services offered by The Next Trip, legal person 518476138, with registered office at Estrada da Atrozela, 224 Alcabideche, registered with the National Register of Travel and Tourism Agencies (RNAVT) under number 12377.
Hiring any service from The Next Trip implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Object
The Next Trip is a travel and tourism agency that organizes and sells tour packages, experiences, private transport, corporate events (team buildings, workshops) and concierge services.
2. SERVICES INCLUDED
Services may include, as specified in the package purchased:
- Ground and/or air transportation;
- Accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner);
- Guided tours and experiences (cultural visits, outdoor activities, wine tastings, among others);
- Organization of corporate events and team building activities;
- Concierge services and personalized planning.
The services included will always be specified in the description of each specific package or contract.
3. REGISTRATION AND RESERVATIONS
- Bookings must be made via The Next Trip website, email or official channels.
- To confirm the booking, an initial payment (down payment) may be required, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated period.
- Failure to pay on time may result in the booking being canceled.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card and other means available on the platform.
- Prices may change due to exchange rate variations, taxes, airport charges or other factors beyond the control of The Next Trip.
5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
5.1 On the part of the client
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of the service can be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the date of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations of less than 15 days are non-refundable.
5.2 On the part of The Next Trip
- If a service is canceled for reasons of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, strikes or government restrictions), the customer may choose to:
1. Change the date of the service;
2. Credit for future use;
3. Full refund.
6. LIABILITY
- The Next Trip acts as an intermediary between service providers (hotels, carriers, guides, etc.) and clients, and is not responsible for faults or alterations in the services provided by third parties.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that they have all the necessary documentation for the trip (passport, visas, etc.).
7. COMPLAINTS
- Any complaints must be submitted in writing, via e-mail, no later than 30 days after the end of the service.
- The company undertakes to analyze each case and respond within a reasonable time.
8. TRAVEL INSURANCE
- The Next Trip recommends that all customers take out travel insurance appropriate to their needs.
- Some packages may include insurance, which you will be informed of at the time of booking.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the Lisbon District Court shall have jurisdiction.
